Meet Andrew Newcomb.

I am an immigration attorney with decade of experience in immigration law. I’ve worked on a variety of cases in the last 10 years - from helping spouses gain permanent residency, to winning asylum and removal defense cases. I am licensed to present asylum and removal defense cases at every appellate level. Living in Mexico City helped foster my interest in immigration law. I visit the San Jose Mexican consulate every Thursday to provide pro bono consultations and stay connected with the local community. The focus of my practice is helping families reunite, remain together, and gain access to unjustly withheld benefits.
